Bradley Electrical, Plumbing and Heating was founded in 2003 in Incline Village NV, by owner, David Bradley. A company founded on the values of people first, profit second. Our founder, David Bradley will often ask people “Do you know what business we’re in?”. He doesn’t ask this because he doesn’t know, but because how a person answers can be very revealing. Most people will respond with electrical, plumbing or heating. Some will even take it a step further and respond with “you’re in the sales business”. Despite the smile and cheery disposition he wears when hearing those answers, David will tell them “No! We’re in the people business”.

This is a concept that has been discussed and reiterated upon so much at Bradley, that it has become our truth. We ARE in the people business. If you were to ask any of our techs what business we’re in, they would all say the same thing “the people business”. The staff at Bradley are all here for one reason. To serve others. Electrical, Plumbing and Heating just happens to be the medium in which we are able to provide that service.

We strive to build and maintain positive relationships with our clients. We strongly believe that you get back what you put out into the world, and that’s why we don’t emphasize upselling or cross selling. If we don’t truly believe that something will add value to your life, we are not going to propose it to you. Our goal is for you to be healthy, safe and happy in your own home. We know we aren’t the first company you have hired, but we aim to be the last one you’ll ever need.
