Humidifier Service
A whole home humidifier should be serviced at least once a year. During a humidifier service we open the unit, clean any filters, remove any hard water residue and replace any worn gaskets. All connection points (electrical, water) are inspected and tightened up if needed. Then the unit is reassembled and tested for proper function.

An air conditioning unit should be serviced every year. Ideally before heavy use. During an AC service we clean the unit, test voltages, inspect all connection points (electrical, refrigerant), measure sub cooling/super heat, check refrigerant levels and test the unit for correct function.

Drain Camera
A drain camera is used for drain clogs that can not be cleared by a motorized drain snake. They are put down the drain via cleanout ($250) or by pulling a toilet ($350). A drain camera will reveal the obstruction and provide information as to what steps will need to be taken to clear it.
